This section features full text e-books of the greatest mythological literary classics from Ancient Greece and Rome. The primary works included are Homer's Odyssey and Iliad, Virgil's Aeneid, Ovid's Metamorphoses, and Hesiod's Works & Days and Theogony. These works are available from this web site only in plain text format. However, the Classical Mythology CD-Rom, which I hope to release sometime in the near future, provides these works in additional formats such as HTML, Microsoft Word document, and Adobe Acrobat PDF. The Classical Mythology CD-Rom also contains an extensive collection of high resolution copies of classic works of art that far exceeds the small sampling that is available in the Art Gallery.
